All our interviews are completed by a team member with many years' classroom experience. Only if we can be sure they will make a great addition to the team, will they be successful. But the relationship doesn't end there. Our candidate care team are there to provide continuous support. When a candidate completes a first placement with a new client, they will always be contacted to see how things went, and if there was anything we could have done to make things easier for them, or any additional training we can offer where difficulties have occurred.
